The Bantwana Initiative of World Education seeks candidates for multiple positions for an anticipated Gender Based Violence (GBV), prevention and response program. Position: Out-of-School Study, Support, and Empowerment Specialist - 1 position based Arusha
Position Overview:
Lead in development, management, and evaluation of a model for Out-of- School Study Groups (OSSG) for adolescent girls who have dropped out of secondary school, with a specific focus on pregnant girls and teenage mothers. Facilitate and oversee' implementation of the OSSG model across multiple projects, coordinating closely with district- based Program Coordinators local implementing partners and engaging with local stakeholders to ensure program success.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience designing, planning, and implementing HIV prevention arid education programs for women and girls; experience with PEPFAR programs highly desirable; familiarity with national policies and guidelines for gender and education; fluent in English and Kiswahili; Bachelor's Degree or higher.
