The Bantwana Initiative of World Education seeks candidates for multiple positions for an anticipated Gender Based Violence (GBV), prevention and response program. Position: Adolescent Girls Protective Asset Building Manager - 1 position based Arusha
Reports to Technical Director – Girls "Education
Position Overview:
Design and oversee the implementation of school-based interventions to empower adolescent girls and build agency and youth leadership skills through extra-curricular clubs and community mentors; Coordinate and implement training and capacity building for school administrators, teachers, and peer educators; Provide training and support supervision to local implementing partners to ensure program fidelity, quality assurance standards, and that targets are met;.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience designing, planning, and implementing girls' education programs or adolescent empowerment programs; familiarity with Tanzanian education system and gender policies and programs; experience working with USAID-funded programs a plus; fluent in English and Kiswahili; Bachelor's Degree or higher
